The Trommel screen is designed for mechanical screening of waste and has wide range of size and capacities. It consists of a perforated cylindrical drum that is normally elevated at an angle at the feed end. When materials flow towards the inclined rotating drum, they go through jumping and roll the undersized material smaller than the screen apertures passes through the screen, while the oversized material exits at the other end of the drum. We have also developed an entire plant including Trommel, Conveyor, Crusher for processing of waste of more than 50 Tons per Day or can be used for Biomining Sites.
